When ordering from the galleries, the PayPal 'Buy Now' button is the easiest and most secure way to order and pay. You will be redirected to PayPal where you will see the item, the shipping price, and any sales tax (MA residents only). The shipping price is calculated by weight, destination and includes insurance on the package.
To use the button, you don't need a PayPal account, which is free, but PayPal accepts most credit cards to complete the transaction.
At this time, I don't have the 'Add to Cart' option. So if you are buying more than one item, I will gladly refund any shipping fees paid in excess, provided the items can be shipped in one box.

You can email me at: vicki@raspbearies.net to order an item. Please do not email any credit card info - it is not a secure practice. I can initiate a PayPal charge on my end or send you an invoice via PayPal using your PayPal account address or your regular email address.
Phone
Telephone is always an option. My home phone is: 508-779-0909 and I am home more often than not. Daylight hours (EST/EDT) are the best times. I can accept credit card numbers this way, too. Please leave a message, if necessary, as we do not always answer unfamiliar numbers. I suspect you know that drill!

Layaway
Layaway is available for a deposit minimum of 50% with the balance due within 6 months.
Shipping Info
USPS Priority Mail unless FedEx or UPS is requested or less expensive for some reason (size or insurance, usually)
The rate will be calculated using the actual weight and destination + insurance and applicable MA sales tax
At this time, I am not doing any international shipping.
Availability
Unless noted, the online offerings should be available for shipment as soon as payment has cleared. Otherwise, orders and special orders may take 6-10 weeks depending on my show schedule.
Refunds
If you just don't love the bear/bunny/piggle as much as you loved it online, no worries. I will gladly refund the purchase price less the shipping. Kindly email me: (vicki@raspbearies.net) that you are returning the item. Then please return the item in its original condition in the same packaging. Once it arrives here, you will receive a refund via the payment method used originally,
